| The focus of Mr. Frankel’s practice has been devoted to Business and Corporate transactions with an emphasis in start up companies, handling employment matters, contractual negotiations and intellectual property concerns. He is an experienced drafter and negotiator for the preparation of employment contracts, corporation and business documents, stock purchase agreements, and copyright and trademark prosecutions and licenses. Mr. Frankel’s practice also encompasses registration and enforcement of domestic and international trademarks for clients seeking worldwide protection. He has also handled litigation involving the obtainment and protection of intellectual property rights in various courts and arbitration proceedings. Mr. Frankel has had years of experience in computer issues, software and technology licensing and matters involving the Internet, and domain name disputes.
Mr. Frankel frequently lectures to companies, trade associations and attorneys on issues involving employment law and intellectual property development and protection. He has lectured on Trademarks at Syracuse University College of Law, as well as New York and Onondaga County Bar Associations.
