Hello. I am the Business Manager for Matrix Turf Solutions, LLC (www.matrixturf.com). We are a regional distributor of professional turf products. Basically, we sell turf seed and anything needed to make it grow and keep it healthy. Our annual sales are approximately $15M and we have an outside sales force of 14 covering NY, NJ, CT, VT and MA.
Much of our business is with golf courses. As the Boomer generation golf course superintendents are retiring, we find ourselves dealing with a young, tech savvy customer base. I am looking for a speaker who can educate our sales staff on e-Marketing. Specifically, how to effectively communicate with Gen X-ers via Facebook, Twitter, and other things I probably have never heard of!
In January of each year, we hold a 3-day sales retreat in Baldwinsville. The meeting is scheduled for Monday, January 23 – Wednesday, January 25. We are flexible as to the time slot available.
