| Mandee Widrick is an entrepreneur and social media marketing coach from Watertown, New York. She is owner of ChargedUp Media, a social media marketing company that teaches entrepreneurs and business owners how to market online using sites like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and similar networking sites.
Mandee began public speaking in 2009, with her first engagement occurred at the LEAH Homeschool Convention in Rochester, New York, where she spoke to over 130 young students and their parents on the topic of entrepreneurship and business startup. She has since taking up speaking at various small business events both locally and across the country, as well as to high school and college students, sharing her story and marketing expertise with many. Mandee firmly believes in pursing the career that she loves and enjoys, encouraging everyone she meets to do the same. Her social media career initially took off in January 2010, when Mandee founded Horse Family Magazine, an online resource for equestrians. The site has now grown to accumulate more than 10,000 followers on social networks, in which time she has interviewed top equine professionals and reviewed products for numerous companies. Mandee has special focus on online video marketing, using video to establish a successful presence on the web while still getting her “horse fix” on a daily basis.
