Deborah Mourey is a sales/marketing/business development leader with a demonstrated performance in driving profitable revenue. Her background includes consulting in healthcare, software, electronics and startups. Her expertise in traditional and digital marketing has helped establish her as a thought leader in using the power of the Web 2.0 and social medial toolkits. The focus of her consulting to CEOs and executive teams is to jump start efforts for lead generation and the ‘socialization’ of their business. Mobile ready web, the introduction of video and apps all provide excellent tools for creating the attraction needed to drive attention and leads.

As a sales and marketing executive, Deborah has led a variety of product and service introductions. She has created sales and marketing programs from the ground up including hiring, training, creation of the territory plan and sales support programs.

 

As the Northeast Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for Radiologix, she initiated sales and marketing programs for over 30 imaging centers, increasing sales 20% year over year. With profit and loss responsibility, she managed a sales force of 20 field people.

 

Deborah recently served as the Vice President of Marketing for Lakeside Health System in Rochester, New York. Implementation of data-driven marketing programs increased revenues in the second year by 20% and market share by 2%. She was instrumental in bringing lean processes to improve patient safety and quality of care as well as reducing costs and improving employee satisfaction.

 

Prior to this position, Deborah assisted Kodak in its divesture of its Health Imaging Division. In this consulting assignment, she was asked to identify innovations in the delivery of positioning, market analysis, competitive assessment and new market segmentations to improve revenue growth and the value of the sale of the business unit to the buyer and Kodak.

 

Deborah speaks around the country in social media best practices. Deborah is currently an adjunct professor at Roberts Wesleyan College where she teaches in both the Health Administration and Strategic Marketing Masters programs. She is also Board Chair of Partners in Community Development an organization that provides services onsite at low income housing communities.
